ご予約の確定には、料金のお支払いが必要です。決済が未完了の場合、ご予約は確定されません。
ご予約いただいたレッスン及びドロップインは予約状況に応じて人数調整を行っております。そのため出欠にかかわらず、ご返金は致しかねますことをあらかじめご了承ください。
予約日時の変更をご希望の場合は、予約時間の48時間前までにメールまたはお電話でご連絡ください。ご変更は1回のみとなります。

To secure your booking, we require full payment to be completed.
Please note that our classes have limited spots available and we adjust the number of attendees accordingly. Therefore, bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or reason.
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone. You may only change your booking once.
