  • ファウンデーションプログラムと体験レッスンは、オープンジムの時間帯、または土曜日・日曜日の13:30以降を除き、すべてのクラス時間で受講可能です。
  • ウェイトリフティングの最大参加人数は12人です。
  • クロスフィットクラスは最大16名様までご予約いただけます。WODIFYを利用して事前に希望のクラスをご予約ください
  • コンペティターズクラスの最大参加人数は10人です
  • スパルタンレースクラスは別途料金をお支払いいただけます

Terms & Conditions

  • Foundations & Trial Lessons are available at all class times except for Open Gym, Saturday & Sunday after 13:30
  • Weightlifting class has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
  • Crossfit Class maximum capacity 16 people. We highly recommend you to book in advance using Wodify
  • Spartan Class & Hyrox Performance Class have an additional charge
  • Competitors Class has a maximum capacity of 10 people
